Natural Slate Roof Replacement

This project involved the complete replacement of an ageing pitched roof using premium natural slate, together with new leadwork and ridge detailing to provide a durable, weatherproof finish. The existing roof had reached the end of its serviceable life and required a full refurbishment.

After carefully stripping the original roof covering, our team installed a new breathable membrane, treated battens and high-quality natural slate, ensuring every course was laid with precision. New lead flashings were fitted around the chimney stacks and vulnerable junctions to provide long-lasting protection against water ingress.

The finished roof combines traditional craftsmanship with modern roofing materials, delivering a smart appearance, outstanding durability and reliable performance that will protect the property for decades to come.
