Complete Flat Roof Replacement

This project involved a complete strip and replacement of an ageing flat roof that had reached the end of its service life. After removing the existing roof covering, the timber structure was inspected, repaired where required and re-boarded with new OSB decking to provide a strong, stable foundation for the new roofing system.

A premium single ply membrane was then professionally installed, with every joint heat welded to create a seamless, fully waterproof finish. The completed roof not only provides outstanding long-term weather protection but also delivers a clean, contemporary appearance that requires very little maintenance.
